Registration of Births of Citizens of Kenya occurring abroad and General Search Form for Birth, Death or Marriage Certificates:
To obtain a copy of Birth, Marriage or Death Certificate, a search form must be completed and returned to the Kenya High Commission together with the Relevant search fees.Birth/Death certificate Search form: birth_death_certificate.pdf

To enable the Mission facilitate a Search into the records of those applying for a certificate of good conduct, the Kenya Police will require the applicant's finger prints to be taken by a Police authority in the country of residence at the time of application.
The attached application for certificate of Good conduct form must be completed in Triplicate and returned to the Kenya High Commission Dar es Salaam along with a set of the finger Prints and a Search fees of Tshs. 19,250/=. Issue of the certificate may take a minimum of 12 weeks.
